Over the next few days, LRS will be introducing “New Employee Spotlights;” profiles featuring our new employees. We want to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and trusting of all our employees, which is why we want to tell you a little bit about their backgrounds, their interests, and their expertise.

Meet Daniela, Retirement Plan Associate. 

danielaBefore joining LRS as a Retirement Plan Associate, Daniela worked at Milliman as a Defined Contribution Benefits Representative, where she performed recordkeeping duties, reviewed incoming and outgoing paperwork with plan participants, completed transactions for participants, facilitated participant education in both one-on-one and group settings and assisted Human Resource departments in resolving participant issues. Daniela also has experience as a Customer Service Agent, where she was responsible for recovery of funds and customer service.

Daniela sees good customer service as timely and genuine. “Even though I can’t see my clients and they can’t see me when we’re on the phone, I want our conversations to reflect the consistently helpful attitude that LRS is known for. I try to respond to clients as soon as possible to show them that they are a priority to us.”

Daniela is currently in the process of obtaining her ASPPA Qualified 401(K) Administrator designation. She has completed the first two of four exams. She is passionate about staying up-to-date on the retirement industry and continuing her education.
Daniela is also fluent in Spanish and often uses the language for translation and educational purposes with bilingual clients. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Mexico. Daniela is available to assist Spanish-speaking plan participants with questions, concerns and requests.
