Rachel Cline, Retirement Plan Associate
Rachel was born and raised in the Seattle area, and began working in the finance industry when she was 18. After working at various credit unions, she worked her way up into both management and supervisory roles at a local credit union, becoming an Individual Retirement Accounts specialist. After that, Rachel joined an actuarial consulting firm as a Defined Contribution Representative, and in February 2016 she became part of the team at LRS as a Retirement Plan Associate. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two kids, nine year-old Elliott and eleven year-old Olivia. She is also a yoga fanatic and does it whenever she can.
In terms of good customer service, Rachel believes that it means “treating each client like he or she is your only client.” She also recognizes that money is a very intimate part of everyone’s lives, and because of this she treats her clients’ money as if it were her own—staying mindful of the fact that it is someone’s livelihood and not just numbers on a screen.
Rachel’s favorite part of working at LRS is the opportunity to be a part of an emerging company that has a culture she believes in. Rachel seeks out opportunities to help make a difference in whatever she does, whether that’s in her personal life or her professional career—and working at LRS enables her to do so.
