    Fiduciary fixes under the Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program.
    Catching up on late Form 5500s.

  2. Problem Solving: Sometimes retirement plans are like roller coasters, twists and turns everywhere. Whether you are figuring out just how a “Ruh-Roh” moment can affect the plan or developing a game plan for an acquisition, workable options are the key. This session will help you look at things from all of those roller coaster angles through a variety of case studies in an effort to develop skills in identifying options.
  3. IRS & DOL Audits and DOL Audits: “Why So Serious?!” Batman – The DOL has significantly expanded the number and types of audits it performs, and the IRS is ramping up as we speak. Plan sponsors and service providers alike are feeling the pain. During this session, we will explore;

The types of audits being conducted – What are they really looking for?
The process – Avoiding the tripwires.
Spotting common problems before the DOL does – An ounce of prevention.
How to navigate the landscape – Getting to Done.
